New to Prosper: everything we set up in your first 7 days.

Your first week with Prosper is structured. We lock in security, fix your profile, organise content and boundaries, build your offer stack and switch on DM systems so your OnlyFans starts running like a proper business.

Week overview

Day 0 we approve the fit. Day 1 we handle security and roles. Day 2 we rebuild your profile. Day 3 and 4 we map content and boundaries and set up folders. Day 5 and 6 we lock your offer stack and DM rules. Day 7 we start the new rhythm.

Day 0: apply call and approval

Before we do anything inside your account we check that the partnership makes sense.

  • Review of your current pages OnlyFans, socials and anything you already have set up.
  • Boundaries conversation what is in, what is out, what is a hard no.
  • Goals and lifestyle income targets, time available and how you want this to fit into the rest of your life.

If both sides are happy we confirm that you are approved and we schedule your onboarding week.

Day 1: security, access and roles

The first job is keeping your accounts safe and making it clear who is responsible for what.

Security and logins

  • How logins are shared and stored, including two factor set up.
  • Where sensitive information lives so it is not lost in random chats.
  • Which devices are allowed to access your accounts.

Who does what

  • What stays with you: filming, final boundaries, big picture decisions.
  • What moves to Prosper: DMs, offers, campaigns, reporting.
  • How we communicate: regular updates, quick approvals, urgent flags.

By the end of day 1 you should know exactly who is touching your accounts and how to reach us.

Day 2: profile clean up that sells properly

Next we fix the parts of your profile that decide whether someone pays or clicks away.

  • Display name, bio and welcome text so a new sub understands who you are and what they get.
  • Profile and banner visuals that match your niche and the price point you want to sit at.
  • Clear promise for paying subs so there is a real reason to subscribe instead of staying on free socials.
Prosper check

If a cold visitor cannot tell who you are, what they get and why it is worth paying in under ten seconds we treat that as a fix now item, not later.

Day 3: content map and boundary map

We line up the content you can create with the lines you want to keep in place.

Content map

  • What is already available in your camera roll and older shoots.
  • What feels easy and realistic to film each week.
  • What tends to perform in your niche and where you naturally fit.

Boundary map

  • Hard no topics, angles, themes and kinks.
  • Grey areas that always need your approval before we sell them.
  • Your comfort level with customs, voice notes and video replies.

From this we create a simple creator profile document that the Prosper team uses when they work on your account.

Day 4: folder structure and first upload

To move fast in DMs our team needs content that is organised, not buried in random albums.

01. Folder layout

We give you a folder map such as feed, PPV, customs, promo, VIP. It matches how we sell in DMs so nothing is wasted.

02. Naming rules

Short tags that show if a clip is safe for feed, PPV material, niche specific or reserved for higher ticket buyers.

03. First upload block

We decide how many photos and videos we need from you to cover feed posts, DM offers and a few small campaigns for the first phase.

When a Prosper chatter opens your folders they should instantly know what can be used for feed, PPV, customs and VIP.

Day 5: offer stack and pricing

Once we understand your content, niche and boundaries we finalise a starting offer stack.

What we set

  • Subscription price and what is included for subs.
  • Everyday PPV range, so normal DM offers sit in a clear band.
  • Entry level customs or higher ticket options that fit your energy.

How we review it

  • We monitor how your audience responds in the first weeks.
  • We adjust ranges if we see strong demand or resistance.
  • We keep you updated in simple language rather than deep analytics talk.

You always know what prices we are using and you have final say if something does not feel right.

Day 6: DM flows, tone and safety rules

Before the team answers a single message we agree on how we sound and what is off limits.

  • Tone of voice how playful, how direct, how much slang and what feels like you.
  • Welcome flows for new subs so they get looked after instead of ignored after the first hello.
  • Soft sell patterns that move from conversation into offers without turning chat into a wall of sales messages.
  • Non negotiable rules on consent, safety and topics we will not use to make money.
Prosper rule

We do not trade your safety or reputation for short term spikes. The DM system is built to scale income while still respecting your lines.

Day 7: launch of the new rhythm

By the end of day 7 the new way of running your page is live.

What is in place

  • Your profile is clear, aligned with your niche and ready to convert.
  • Your folders and naming are set up so the team can work fast.
  • Your first batch of content is ready for feed and DM offers.
  • Your offer stack and DM rules are agreed and documented.

How it should feel

  • Less stress about what to post and when.
  • More clarity on what Prosper is doing each day.
  • More confidence around your pricing and boundaries.
  • More like you are running a proper online business, not just an app on your phone.

After week one: normal working rhythm

Once onboarding is finished we shift into your ongoing operating rhythm.

  • Regular summary updates on what we are seeing and changing.
  • Clear asks from our side when we need new content or approvals.
  • Simple space for you to give feedback on what you like and what you want tweaked.

The aim is that you feel backed by a management team that takes income, safety and your time seriously, not left guessing what is happening in the background.
