OnlyFans 30 Day Launch Roadmap
A simple, day-by-day structure to launch a profitable OnlyFans page without burning out. No guessing. No random posting. Just one clear roadmap from “zero” to “dialled in”.
Day 0–2
Foundations & Positioning
Goal: Decide who you are online & who you want to attract.
Tasks:
- Pick your niche & persona (girl-next-door, luxury girlfriend, fitness, gamer, etc.).
- Write a one-paragraph backstory & “why you’re here” for your bio.
- Lock in your handle, display name & brand colours (OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok).
- Decide your boundaries: what’s allowed, what’s a “maybe later”, what’s a hard no.
Day 3–7
Profile, Pricing & Funnels
Goal: Make it obvious why someone should subscribe today.
Tasks:
- Write a clear bio: who you are, what fans get, how often you post, and DMs access.
- Set launch pricing (sub price, PPV ranges, custom menu rough pricing).
- Create 3–5 profile photos (SFW but scroll-stopping, on-brand outfits and poses).
- Set up links from socials to your OnlyFans (link in bio or direct where allowed).
- Draft a simple welcome DM for every new subscriber (auto or manual).
Day 8–14
Content Engine & Bank
Goal: Build 2–4 weeks of content so you never scramble day-to-day.
Tasks:
- Pick 3 content “pillars” (e.g. teasing, lifestyle, personal / boyfriend-angle).
- Film one big batch session: at least 20 photo sets + 10 short clips.
- Organise content into: feed, DM offers, story/teasers.
- Set a posting rhythm (e.g. 1–2 feed posts per day, daily story, 2–3 DM offers per week).
- Create a simple content calendar for the next 2 weeks.
Day 15–21
Launch Week & Traffic
Goal: Turn attention into paying subs without feeling spammy.
Tasks:
- Announce your launch on socials with 2–3 different posts over the week.
- Run a “founding subs” offer (limited spots / discount / exclusive pack).
- Post your first week of content as planned – no skipping.
- Reply to every DM like a real conversation, not a copy-paste robot.
- Note what content gets most profile visits & link clicks.
Day 22–30
Retention, Upsells & Optimisation
Goal: Keep fans, increase spend, and clean up what’s not working.
Tasks:
- Create a simple weekly “fan routine”: welcomes, check-ins, renewals, VIP offers.
- Test 1–2 structured DM offers (bundles, custom menu, girlfriend experience, etc.).
- Ask top fans what they’d actually pay more for – and build around that.
- Adjust your prices if you’re undercharging or leaving money on the table.
- Review: what content, prices and messages made the most money this month?
This roadmap gets you from “no structure” to a real, repeatable system in 30 days. After that, it’s about scaling traffic, tightening your DMs, and stacking higher-value offers – or letting Prosper handle the heavy lifting for you.
