Use travel to upgrade your content and brand while Prosper keeps a steady posting and DM rhythm running in the background.
Tell us early so we can plan properly
The earlier we know about your trip, the more we can do with it. Ideally we hear about travel a few weeks in advance so we can:
- Map out shoot days before and during the trip.
- Plan around long flights, jet lag and days where you will be offline.
- Adjust campaigns so they match the locations you are in.
Last minute trips can still work, but planning ahead gives you more choice and less stress.
Pre trip content so we have a safety net
Before you get on a plane, we want a basic bank of content ready to go.
Minimum bank
- Feed photos and clips for normal posting.
- A few short teasers we can use for DMs and promos.
- Backup safe content in case anything from the trip is delayed or lost.
Nice to have
- At least one strong PPV or bundle that is not tied to the trip.
- Fresh welcome and retention clips that can run anytime.
This keeps your income moving even if you get sick, have bad wifi or plans change overseas.
How we use travel content without wasting it
Travel content has a different feel. We want to use that on purpose, not throw everything out at once.
- We treat trips as themes that can feed the page for weeks.
- We split what you shoot into free, mid level and high value pieces.
- We save some of the best clips to use after you are home to keep the page feeling fresh.
A single trip can give us enough material for campaigns and bundles long after you have landed back home.
Time zones and response expectations
Different time zones do not have to hurt your numbers if we are clear about who handles what and when.
Prosper side
- We adjust DM schedules so buyers still see replies during their active hours.
- We line up posts and campaigns to hit the best windows for your main audience.
- We keep you updated in your daytime so you are not waking up to chaos.
Your side
- Let us know your local time zone while you are away.
- Give us realistic windows when you are available for quick approvals.
- Tell us which days you want to completely switch off so we do not expect replies then.
Device access and security while you are away
Travel can add risk if devices are lost or public networks are used. We reduce that with a few simple rules.
- Stick to your own devices for creator work where possible.
- Avoid logging into creator accounts on shared or public computers.
- Let us know quickly if a phone or laptop is lost or stolen so we can lock down access.
We will keep using our normal security process around logins and two factor even while you are moving around.
When travel is also a collab opportunity
Sometimes travel means being in the same city as other creators or photographers. If you want to collab while overseas:
- Tell us who you are thinking about working with so we can give an honest view.
- Lock down consent, rates and content ownership before the day, not after.
- Make sure any collabs you book still leave you time to rest and enjoy the trip.
We use the same structure for overseas collabs that we use at home so your brand stays consistent and safe.
Keeping fans in the loop without oversharing
You do not have to share every detail of your travel plans. You only need enough to set expectations and build interest.
- We can mention that you are travelling in a general way without naming hotels or exact locations.
- We keep fans focused on the content they can expect, not your personal schedule.
- We avoid revealing details that could risk your safety in real life.
The goal is to make the trip feel exciting for your audience while you still feel private and in control.
What happens when you come home
When you are back, we treat that as a reset point for content and rhythm.
- We look at what was shot and what has not been used yet.
- We adjust your posting and DM plan back to your normal schedule.
- We talk honestly about what worked well and what to change next time you travel.
Over time, travel can become a regular part of how your page grows instead of something that throws your income off every time you go away.
