Operations / Drive setup

Drive and Dropbox setup that keeps your content pipeline clean.

A messy folder slows everything down. This unit shows the simple structure we like, so your uploads are fast for you and content is instant to find for the Prosper team.

Goal

One shared folder system where you always know where to drop content, and the team always knows where to find it for posts, PPV and customs.

The top level layout

We start with a simple top level. Everything you upload sits inside one main folder.

  • 01 Feed and story for normal posts and stories.
  • 02 PPV and upsell for paid content we send through DMs.
  • 03 Customs for one off orders linked to specific buyers.
  • 04 Promo and social for teaser clips and safe previews.
  • 05 Raw and backups if you want to store longer footage.

You and the team both use the same labels. Nothing sits loose in the main folder.

Inside the feed and story folder

This is where your regular posting content lives.

Suggested folders

  • Ready this week for content we can use right away.
  • Next in queue for content we draw from after that.
  • Used for items that have already been posted.

How to use them

  • Upload into ready or next in queue, not into used.
  • Do not move items into used yourself. The team handles that.
  • If you want something posted on a certain day, you can drop it in ready this week and leave a note for us.

Inside the PPV and upsell folder

Here we keep anything meant to be sold in DMs or as add ons.

  • Short clips that match your main themes.
  • Longer scenes that deserve a higher price point.
  • Photo sets that can be bundled into one offer.

We also like sub folders if you have clear categories, for example by outfit, mood or level of explicitness. That makes it easy for the team to pull the right offer for the right buyer.

Handling customs and special orders

Customs need a bit more structure so nothing is lost or mixed up.

Folder idea

  • One folder called In progress.
  • One folder called Delivered.

How it works

  • When you film a custom, drop it into in progress.
  • We label it on our side so it stays linked to the right buyer.
  • Once it is sent, we archive it into delivered.

Promo and social content

This is where we pull teasers and safe clips for public pages that send traffic back to your main account.

  • Short, safe previews of bigger paid scenes.
  • Behind the scenes moments you are happy to share.
  • Cover images and frames that can sit on link pages.

Keeping this separate stops promo clips from being used as paid content by mistake.

What you do each upload day

On your side, the process should feel light.

Step one

Move finished clips and photos from your phone into the main drive or Dropbox folder for your page.

Step two

Drop each item into the folder that matches how you want it used, for example feed, PPV or promo.

Step three

Let the team know when a larger upload is done so we can start building offers with it.

Rules that keep the folder clean

A clean structure saves time for you and the team every week.

  • Do not rename or move folders once they are agreed on.
  • Try not to drop duplicate files unless there is a clear reason.
  • Keep personal, non work content out of this drive.
  • If you want to change the layout, talk to us first so nothing breaks.

When the folder setup is stable, uploading content becomes a quick habit instead of a chore, and the Prosper team can pull the exact clip or set they need in seconds.
