Who does what: your role vs the Prosper team when growing income.

This page makes it clear what sits on your plate and what sits on ours. When everyone knows their job, there is less confusion, less stress and more time spent on the tasks that actually move your OnlyFans income.

Key idea

You focus on being the creator and protecting your energy. Prosper focuses on systems, DMs and strategy. We do not want you trying to run a full management team on your own, and we do not make you someone you are not.

The shared goal

Before we split roles, the goal has to be the same on both sides.

  • A growing, stable income from OnlyFans that fits your real life.
  • Clear boundaries around what you are and are not willing to do.
  • A page that feels premium and organised, not chaotic.

Every responsibility under that goal either belongs to you, Prosper or both of us together.

What Prosper owns day to day

DMs and sales work

  • Running daily chat with fans based on the limits you set.
  • Following up on buyers and building repeat spend.
  • Handling campaigns, mass sends and time based offers.

Systems and planning

  • Setting content rotation so the page never feels empty.
  • Structuring offers, pricing ladders and bundles.
  • Reading numbers and suggesting changes to keep income moving up.

Operations

  • Building and updating your content calendar.
  • Keeping track of campaigns around holidays and events.
  • Documenting what works on your page so we can repeat it.

Communication with you

  • Sending clear updates on performance.
  • Flagging any problems early rather than hiding them.
  • Bringing you options when we want to test a new angle.

What sits on your side

Content and presence

  • Filming and shooting to an agreed level and schedule.
  • Keeping your look, style and brand consistent.
  • Sending uploads to the right folders so we can actually use them.

Boundaries and approvals

  • Setting firm lines for what is off limits in content and DMs.
  • Approving bigger direction changes, such as price shifts or rebrands.
  • Telling us early if something begins to feel off, rather than letting it build.

Lifestyle and availability

  • Letting us know about trips, busy weeks or breaks.
  • Sticking to the agreed minimums for content days.
  • Protecting your sleep and mental health so you can show up well.

Money decisions on your side

  • Choosing how hard you want to push toward your income targets.
  • Deciding how much to reinvest into shoots, gear or promo.
  • Talking with your accountant or advisor about your tax setup.

What we decide together

Some decisions only work if both sides agree and understand the trade offs.

Direction and niche

  • Where you sit in the market and what kind of buyers you want.
  • How far you are willing to go in content over time.
  • When to shift direction if your current lane is capped.

Big changes

  • Raising or lowering core prices.
  • Bringing in new platforms or removing old ones.
  • Major brand changes such as new name or different look.

How this feels in your week

When roles are clear, your week feels less like you are juggling everything.

01. You

Focus on set filming windows, basic check ins and looking after yourself. You are the face and energy of the page, not the full time manager.

02. Prosper

Stays inside dashboards, chats and planning documents. We build and test offers, run the conversations and watch the numbers so you do not have to.

03. Together

Meet for short reviews, agree on changes and reset targets for the next block of time. That might be monthly, or faster if the page is moving quickly.

If you ever feel like something is off

Sometimes creators feel like they are doing too much or not enough. Both can slow growth.

  • If you feel overloaded, we look at what can move from your side to ours.
  • If you feel out of the loop, we adjust how often and how deeply we update you.
  • If you feel like the plan has drifted from what you want, we reset goals together.

The fastest way to fix any of that is a direct message to us with what feels wrong, not letting things build quietly.

Simple checklist before you sign with any manager

Whether you work with Prosper or someone else, make sure these questions are clear.

  • Do you know exactly what they will do every week for your page.
  • Do you know exactly what they need from you to do that job well.
  • Do you understand how communication, approvals and problems will be handled.
  • Do you feel like your boundaries and goals are written down, not just nodded at.

When the split is clear and written, you can relax into your role and let the team do theirs. That is where growth starts to feel simple instead of confusing.
