How to organise content so Prosper can pull money from every folder.

A clean content system means less stress for you and faster money for both of us. This page shows how we like creators to store photos and videos so Prosper can turn each shoot into feed posts, PPV and DM offers without chasing random files.

Goal

At any point we should be able to open your drive, pick a folder and know straight away what can be sold, where it belongs and how strong it is. No guessing, no scrolling through camera roll dumps.

The simple structure we want

We keep the base map the same for almost every Prosper creator so our team can move quickly.

  • One main root folder for your creator name.
  • Inside that, a small set of clear sub folders.
  • Inside each sub folder, shoot folders with dates and short labels.
  • Images and clips separated just enough that we can see what is what at a glance.

Top level folders

  • 01 Feed and story for general posting.
  • 02 PPV and offers for paid content.
  • 03 Customs and VIP for higher ticket pieces.
  • 04 Promo and profile for banners, avatars and social teasers.
  • 05 Admin for ID checks, contracts and non content files.

Shoot folder naming

  • Date first so folders sort in order, for example 2025 02 18.
  • Short description after the date, for example black set bedroom.
  • Keep naming consistent so you can find the same look months later.

How we separate photos and videos

We do not need ten layers of folders. We just need enough separation that grabbing the right type of file is quick.

Inside a shoot folder

  • One folder for stills.
  • One folder for video.
  • Optional extra folder for phone behind the scenes if you film both.

Why this helps

  • Faster to build carousels and banners from stills.
  • Faster to grab clips that suit PPV or customs.
  • Less time wasted dragging random screenshots out of mixed folders.

File naming so we know how strong a piece is

We do not need you to rename every file. We only need simple tags on your favourites.

  • Pick the best frames from each look and tag them with a short code at the end.
  • Examples of tags: feed, ppv, vip, promo, story.
  • If a clip needs context, add one or two words such as shower, toy, talking.

Dealing with your existing content mess

Most creators do not start organised. That is fine. We just need a simple clean up.

01. Pull into year batches

Drag old content into folders by year first so it is not all sitting on your phone or desktop. For example 2023 archive and 2024 archive.

02. Pick your best shoots

Inside each year, create shoot folders only for the sets you still like and would sell again. Ignore the rest for now rather than trying to sort everything at once.

03. Tag favourites

In each chosen shoot, tag a small batch of favourites with simple codes like feed, ppv or vip. That is enough for us to start building offers from your back catalogue.

What we ask from you each month

Once the base is set, you do not have to spend hours in folders. You just keep the system topped up.

  • After a shoot or content day, upload into the right top level folder and shoot folder.
  • Tag the strongest pieces while it is fresh in your head.
  • Flag any content you never want us to use so we skip it.
  • Tell us if you add a new look or concept so we can shape offers around it.

That is enough to turn your content into a library we can keep pulling money from as your page grows.
